Dr. Akande is such a wonderful dentist and human being. Life gets busy and that mixed in with severe panic disorder I’ve dealt with since my early teens you can see how going to the dentist has gotten away from me quickly. I had a panic attack while making my appointment. That’s how bad my anxiety gets. I also started to have a panic attack when we began our conversation for my initial consultation. I wish I had gotten the techs name also because she was so understanding and I am so grateful for her kindness. Dr. Akande Looked at me with no judgment and made me feel so comfortable. I am so grateful that they were the people I just so happen to have for my appointment today. Also, there’s something to be said about working at a practice that accepts Medicaid. A lot of these doctors get paid differently so I think they are also doing Gods work. Helping those who for whatever reason at the moment cannot afford insurance or pay out of pocket. I’m back in school and am only working part time. So this is a blessing for me. I am grateful, thank you Dr. Akande for being an angel!

So pleased with my dental visit today! I had Dr. Akande & she did a great job! She’s very kind, made me feel comfortable & most importantly the concerns I had were taken care of! Thank you doctor!

Quality of service is very important to individuals seeking medical assistance and this agency falls short in this area. Calls are not returned and services outside of the medical doctors visits are not followed up on. We have been trying to get a return call from this agency since 5.29.26 with no results. The phone system places you on hold and then states your call will need to be returned and your place in line will be kept; however no call is returned. I would not attend or recommend this service to anyone and those who continue to accept this poor quality of service is not doing the community or the member's any justice.

This location has been extremely frustrating to deal with. I’ve been trying for the past two weeks to obtain a copy of my son’s immunization record, and each visit I was told the system was down and no one could assist me. While I understand occasional technical issues, two weeks is excessive. When I returned today, I was finally given paperwork to complete, only to be told afterward that I now have to wait an additional 7–10 days for the records. No one was able to explain why I wasn’t given this option during my previous visits. The lack of communication and inefficiency made a simple request unnecessarily difficult. This process should have been handled much more professionally.

Its always something wrong with their systems to where you cannot get your medication even while pregnant. They dont reply to your messages or anything. Im tired of this place. It genuinely SUCKS!
